Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OutfitClash, operated by OutfitClash. By using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What the service is

OutfitClashuses AI to give your outfit a score and feedback, in a friendly or a “roast” tone. It is meant for fun and general inspiration — it is not professional styling, fashion, or any other kind of advice. Scores are AI-generated opinions and can be wrong or inconsistent. The roast tone comments only on the clothing, never on a person’s body or appearance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. You may only upload photos you have the right to use, and the outfit photo should show clothing. Do not upload illegal, explicit, or non-consensual images. The service refuses to rate images that appear to show a minor or that violate these rules.

Free, Pro, and payments

The planned service has a Free plan and Pro at the price shown before checkout. Free and Pro have stated daily or monthly limits. Pro is a recurring subscription until cancelled. Subscriptions are currently disabled while test payments are completed. Older credit records remain as a private historical billing archive but do not control current plan access. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes, and receipts.

Refunds

A failed or refused AI result returns the plan allowance or old credit when the feature uses one. For subscription or older credit-pack refunds, contact support@outfitclash.com. Eligibility depends on the purchase, use already received, applicable law, and the Merchant of Record’s process. A refund or chargeback cancels related unpaid creator commission; a paid commission may require manual recovery.

Wardrobe

Private Wardrobe photos stay in your browser and are not backed up by us. Clearing site data, changing browsers, or losing the device may remove them permanently. Stored clothing descriptions and saved combinations are private account data. Generated combinations are suggestions, not a guarantee of suitability or safety.

Affiliate and creator programme

Some clearly labelled links may earn us a commission without changing your price. Creators must make honest claims, clearly disclose their relationship, use only content they have rights to, and never refer themselves. We may pause, reject, or reverse commission for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, false claims, or rule violations. Creator payouts remain manually reviewed.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, overload, or try to circumvent the service’s limits, and don’t use it to harass others or to generate content that violates these terms. Do not submit Vote & Shop images without the required rights or attempt to manipulate votes. We may suspend access that does.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that ratings are accurate, that the service is uninterrupted, or that it fits any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutfitClash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
